How Long Does It Take For Abscess To Heal

Spring, restaurant La Coupole, Paris 9th

Framework under the magnificent stained glass dome. A safe bet with a relatively inventive and refined cuisine. Jolie and naked artistic presentation. Too bad the map changes only twice a year.

Today, I choose foods from the sea

For starters, a tartar of smoked sea bream. Very good with his touch of ginger (Which reminds me of the table Baroness ...) No fat at all. It looks like a Tarama ... inconvevients without oil. Note also that the whole-grain bread is delicious.

In flat nuts, Saint-Jacques admiranlement poellées. They are based on small mounds of rice, sweet and sour ... unfortunately which does not enchant me too.

For dessert, three little tartellettes chocolate and rhubarb. Small tears caramel. Delicious and very fresh on the palate despite the concentration of cocoa.

encompagné All this in a simple but oh so exhilarating (because really fresh) bottle of Badoit (fine bubbles, of course). Ah! I love this water! I prefer it to all ...

Today, the service is a bit long (not really say too long). It feels more and more what kind of expectation when you are alone, and especially when you have a plane to catch ... for Beijing!

There is currently a fashionable fragrance lying around in the streets ... and in this restaurant. I find it rather too heady and intoxicating. But anyway, I like him because he reminds me a few moments ... well ... charming! With this rainy weather, watching the chimneys and TV antennas in the windows side, it feels like a novel by Jules Verne or the heart of a design by Robida, or in the car of a zeppelin.

A very good time to taste, somewhat tempered by the stress of passing time. But before twelve hour flight and a fortnight of chinoiseies, it was worth it ...
